Susan Gamble quit her meat packing job after 30 years to discover her true passion in the care and support sector. 💙 First completing her Level 2 Health and Wellbeing qualification, Susan then advanced to Level 3. Most recently, she completed her Level 4 Apprenticeship in Disability Support, a milestone recently celebrated at the Māori Celebration of Success event held at Te Papa o Rotu Marae in Whatawhata, Waikato. 🎉 Susan says one of the biggest lessons from her apprenticeship was self-reflection: “Doing the Level 4 apprenticeship is important because it makes you stop and think. ‘How did I perform my role today? Could I have done that better? You need to stop, have a real good look at yourself, go back into that situation, and be humble.” To read more about Susan's journey, click the link below! 👇 https://bit.ly/42ljcPJ

We’re back! 🎉 After a restful holiday break, Careerforce is ready to assist with all your Health and Wellbeing qualification needs in 2025. We’re excited to share that Careerforce has achieved a record overall satisfaction score of 8/10 in our 2024 annual employer satisfaction survey. This marks the eighth year of our survey, and we are pleased to see a continued upward trend in overall employer satisfaction since 2017. 💙 Rod Bentham, Executive Director of Careerforce commented that “we earlier set a target of 7.5, and having surpassed this in 2023, we lifted the bar to 8. The last several years have been very challenging, operating in the backdrop of both Covid and the Reform of Vocational Education (RoVE). To achieve this record result is not only testament to our staff’s commitment to our employers and learners, but also a reflection of our relentless focus on maintaining business as usual, despite the operating environment.” To read the full article, click the link below. 👇 https://bit.ly/40mOToY #Careerforce #EmployerSatisfaction #HealthAndWellbeing #VocationalEducation #2025
